Quality Automation Lead - SAP  Oracle  & Tosca

CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Automation Lead - SAP, Oracle & Tosca position for our client. Location: RemoteDuration: 12 months Top Responsibilities Lead QA strategy, test planning, and automation governance across SAP, Oracle, and integrated enterprise platforms Drive end-to-end quality assurance across SAP landscapes and digital/API integrations Own automation design and execution using Tricentis Tosca Oversee SAP functional testing across key modules (SD, MM, FICO, SCM) Lead API and integration testing for complex enterprise systems Define test coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria Partner with business, IT, and development teams to ensure high-quality delivery Mentor QA engineers and automation teams on best practices and standards Key Skills Strong SAP functional testing experience across multiple modules (SD, MM, FICO, SCM preferred) Hands-on automation experience with Tricentis Tosca Experience with SAP environments and enterprise implementations Strong working knowledge of Oracle systems and integrations API testing experience (REST/SOAP, middleware/integration layers) Deep understanding of QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) Strong leadership in test strategy, automation frameworks, and QA governance Experience & Education 8+ years of QA experience in enterprise environments 3+ years in a QA Lead / Test Lead role Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $85.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
