SAP Project Manager & Senior Consultant (French-Speaking)

About the role: We are looking for a SAP Project Manager & Senior Consultant (French-speaking) who lead end-to-end SAP Business One project delivery, including project planning, scoping, requirements gathering, implementation, and deployment. You manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications while analyzing business requirements, conducting gap analyses, and recommending optimized SAP Business One solutions that align with customer objectives. You serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Business One, providing functional and technical consulting and collaborating closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction. In this role you will get to: Lead end-to-end SAP Business One project delivery, including project planning, scoping, requirements gathering, implementation, and deployment activities. Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful and timely project execution. Analyze and evaluate customer business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend optimized SAP Business One solutions aligned with business objectives. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP Business One, providing functional and technical consulting throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams while leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive project success and customer satisfaction. What we are looking for: Experience:Wide knowledge on SAP Business One of all core modules and core Add-ons Good knowledge about SAP Business One integration options (Service Layer / Integration Framework) - Advantage 5 years' experience in SAP Business One Completion of at least 10 projects as either consultant or project manager Wide experience in MS-SQL Server or HANA and Crystal Reports Experience in developing and executing end-to-end project, including project planning estimates, scoping and requirements gathering throughout the product's implementation and deployment Previous experience in leading projects Finance or production background (Advantage) Technical Skills:SAP B1 MS-SQL Server or Hana and Crystal Reports Language Skills:French: Native English: Fluent / Native Personal Skills:Service and customer orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team Self-motivated, fast learner and ability of multi-tasking Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel What we offer in return: Work in a collaborative environment alongside a team of experienced professionals.
