In this role, you'll assist couples with planning unforgettable travel experiences, including honeymoons, destination weddings, anniversary getaways, romantic retreats, and luxury vacations. You'll help clients explore options, coordinate travel arrangements, and create customized experiences that match their vision and budget. Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, celebration goals, and desired experiences Assist with planning romantic vacations, resort stays, cruises, destination wedding travel, and special occasion getaways Research destinations and travel options through approved supplier networks Present recommendations tailored to client interests and budgets Coordinate reservation requests and assist with travel confirmations Support clients with itinerary updates and travel-related questions Maintain organized records of bookings, communications, and travel plans Stay informed about destination highlights, resort offerings, and supplier promotions Participate in virtual training programs and professional development opportunities Ideal Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building abilities A customer-focused mindset and desire to create positive experiences Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfort using web-based tools and online platforms The ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet access and basic computer proficiency A willingness to learn and grow professionally Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other regions
