Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be considered Summary of the Role: BEPC is seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager to join our client’s site. This role will support complex enterprise technology initiatives that align with strategic business objectives. The IT Project Manager V is a senior leadership role responsible for directing complex enterprise technology initiatives that support strategic business objectives. This position oversees the planning, execution, governance, financial management, and successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects and programs across technology and business functions. The IT Project Manager V serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions. The role drives project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies while managing risks, budgets, resources, contracts, and stakeholder expectations. This position also contributes to business growth through customer engagement, operational excellence, process improvement initiatives, and strategic account management. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: Project & Program Leadership

  • Lead enterprise-level technology projects and programs from initiation through
  • implementation and operational transition.
  • Establish project governance structures, delivery frameworks, and performance
  • metrics.
  • Develop and manage project charters, business cases, roadmaps, schedules, budgets,
  • resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of technical, operational, business, and
  • vendor resources.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with
  • organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, project reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Technology & Business Alignment

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
  • Evaluate business impacts, dependencies, risks, and organizational readiness for
  • technology initiatives.
  • Partner with IT leadership to align project portfolios with enterprise architecture,
  • cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and technology
  • modernization initiatives.

Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, MSPs, vendors, hiring
  • managers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project, customer, and personnel issues.
  • Lead customer-facing communications, status reviews, governance meetings, and
  • quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are proactively managed through transparent
  • communication and reporting.
  • Foster long-term partnerships that support customer retention and growth.

Financial & Contract Management

  • Develop project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial accountability.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor
  • agreements, and procurement activities.
  • Track project financial performance, resource utilization, and profitability metrics.
  • Support revenue growth initiatives by identifying expansion opportunities within
  • existing accounts.

Resource & Team Leadership

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, coaching, and performance management for project
  • teams and direct reports.
  • Build high-performing teams focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer
  • success.
  • Manage project staffing, resource allocation, workload balancing, and capacity
  • planning.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and remove organizational barriers impacting project
  • success.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish and improve project management standards, methodologies, and best
  • practices.
  • Support PMO governance and portfolio management processes.
  • Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to improve decision-making and
  • operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and client
  • contractual obligations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directly supervises Project Managers, Coordinators, Business Analysts, and assigned
  • project resources.
  • Responsible for hiring recommendations, performance management, coaching,
  • employee development, and disciplinary actions as appropriate.
  • Provides leadership to cross-functional and matrixed project teams..

Main Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
  • Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex technology
  • initiatives.
  • 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing project teams.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and
  • related project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree (MBA, MIS, Information Technology, or related discipline).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
