Position Summary

The Remote Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity Operations will join arenaflex’s Global Equity team, providing essential support for equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans, stock option administration, and related compliance activities. Working entirely from home, you will perform data audits, process award transactions, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and generate ad‑hoc reports that keep our equity programs running smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
  • Process the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching ratio awards with precision and timeliness.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and stock purchase plan actions—to guarantee correct and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Research, track, and respond to questions from participants, plan administrators, and other stakeholders, providing clear and helpful guidance.
  • Support the equity‑based long‑term incentive award delivery process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
  • Produce ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain and update equity administration policies and documentation to reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional equity plan administration tasks as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field (internships, co‑ops, or academic projects are acceptable).
  • Familiarity with multiple equity plan products, such as stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans, is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly and efficiently.
  • Understanding of HRIS platforms (Workday experience is especially valuable) and the flow of data between systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with equity administration software (e.g., E*TRADE, Fidelity, or similar platforms).
  • Exposure to financial reporting or compliance frameworks related to equity compensation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑service orientation.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and verification.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams.
