Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to a curated lead list, clearly articulating arenaflex’s services, initiatives, and the value they bring to women aspiring to leadership roles.
  • Build genuine rapport with prospective clients, using active listening techniques to understand their needs, motivations, and challenges.
  • Identify, qualify, and categorize leads based on interest level, readiness, and alignment with arenaflex’s programs.
  • Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries, delivering accurate information, resolving concerns, and guiding prospects toward the next steps.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, timely follow‑ups, and seamless handoffs to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to refine call scripts, share best practices, and continuously improve outbound campaign effectiveness.
  • Achieve and exceed established metrics for call volume, lead conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
