Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued policyholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to digital inquiries with professionalism and a friendly tone.
  • Provide accurate information on billing, policy changes, coverage options, and claims status.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell additional arenaflex products that enhance the customer’s protection portfolio.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Escalate complex or high‑risk issues to senior team members while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, role‑plays, and certification programs to stay current on arenaflex policies and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a call‑center, retail, or customer‑service role is preferred but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and comfortable learning new CRM platforms.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities; capable of explaining complex insurance concepts in plain language.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Certification in customer service excellence (e.g., HDI, COPC) or willingness to pursue such credentials.
  • Fluency in a second language to support a diverse customer base.
