Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable phone support to advertisers and agency partners using arenaflex’s advertising suite.
- Enter, validate, and maintain campaign data across multiple arenaflex platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Assist partners in setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting ad campaigns on arenaflex Ads, arenaflex Display, and arenaflex Video.

Essential Qualifications
