Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Verification: Accurately input new patient registrations, prescription refill requests, and medication orders into arenaflex’s secure system, ensuring all fields are completed and validated.
  • HIPAA‑Compliant Communication: Handle inbound calls, chat messages, and emails from patients, providing clear information while safeguarding protected health information.
  • Medication Order Management: Process “top‑off” orders, interpret abbreviated prescription notations (SIG codes), and resolve missing or unclear medication data by contacting prescribers or patients as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and correct “outside oddball” cases—unusual or incomplete entries—by gathering additional data, making necessary amendments, and resubmitting for approval.
  • Support for Pharmacy Teams: Assist on‑site and remote pharmacists with data‑related tasks, escalating complex issues to senior staff promptly.

Essential Qualifications
