Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring multiple Remote Customer Experience Specialists to join our inbound phone center team. In this dual sales and customer service role, you will serve as the voice of arenaflex, connecting with customers who reach out to us seeking guidance, product recommendations, and support for their fitness journey. You will be responsible for understanding each caller's unique needs, resolving their inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner, and introducing them to our exclusive VIP Family perks and loyalty benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, delivering best-in-class service on every interaction.
  • Sell top fitness products and services by understanding customer needs, recommending the right solutions, and guiding them through the purchase process.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Become a product expert on arenaflex's full range of running, walking, and fitness merchandise, including footwear, apparel, accessories, and wellness services.
  • Introduce customers to the VIP Family perks program, highlighting exclusive discounts, early access to new products, and other loyalty benefits.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, earning performance-based bonuses on top of your base hourly rate.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring all relevant information is captured for future reference.
  • Stay up to date on product launches, promotions, and company initiatives through ongoing training and team communications.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to share best practices, celebrate wins, and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain a reliable, distraction-free home workspace that supports consistent performance and professional call quality.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Reliability and Flexible Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day. Flexibility is key to supporting our 24/7 customer engagement model.
  • Previous Customer Service or Sales Experience: At least one year of experience in a high-volume call center, retail, or customer-facing sales environment is highly preferred.
  • Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working from home in a professional capacity is a strong plus, as it demonstrates your ability to self-manage in a remote setting.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional active listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to make effective recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable typing, navigating the internet, using basic computer software (email, chat, CRM tools), and performing simple retail math calculations.
  • Self-Motivation: A positive attitude and the ability to stay motivated and productive in a work-from-home environment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Engaging Personality: Natural ability to deliver a "WOW" customer experience that leaves every caller feeling valued, heard, and excited about their interaction with arenaflex.
  • Home Office Setup: Must have an already established work-from-home environment with your own Windows-based PC or laptop, high-speed internet connection, headset, and a quiet, professional space to take calls.

  • Experience in retail sales, particularly in athletic apparel, footwear, or fitness equipment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, order management systems, and contact center technologies.
  • A personal passion for running, walking, fitness, or active living.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote or call center environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, though not required.
