Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach & Relationship Management: Conduct regular phone calls with existing clients to gauge their experience, gather feedback, and proactively address concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues independently or coordinate with internal technical teams for complex matters such as website updates, CRM adjustments, or ad campaign modifications.
  • Virtual Coaching Sessions: Schedule and lead weekly Zoom meetings, providing guidance on platform usage, lead generation strategies, and sales tactics.
  • Strategic Goal Alignment: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, then tailor coaching and support to help them achieve measurable growth.
  • Industry Insight & Best Practices: Stay current on real‑estate market trends and digital advertising best practices, especially on platforms like arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex, to provide informed recommendations.
  • CRM Optimization: Ensure clients are fully leveraging the arenaflex CRM system, offering hands‑on assistance for data entry, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Professional Presentation: Maintain a polished, on‑camera appearance during all virtual interactions, reflecting the professionalism expected in the real‑estate sector.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Record client interactions, track issue resolution timelines, and contribute to internal knowledge bases to improve future support processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional spoken communication skills with a clear, friendly, and persuasive tone.
  • Demonstrated understanding of social‑media marketing concepts, particularly on platforms such as arenaflex and arenaflex.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms; ability to navigate, troubleshoot, and explain system functionalities to non‑technical users.

Work Schedule & Commitment

This is a part‑time, 20‑hour‑per‑week position, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor arrangement, meaning you will provide your own computer, reliable internet connection, and phone service. Flexibility is built into the schedule to accommodate client time zones and peak activity periods.
