Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic, solution‑focused assistance to customers via phone, live chat, and video chat.
  • Guide users through the software interface, helping them locate previous tax returns, amendments, and related documents.

Schedule & Availability

  • Seasonal contract running through April 15, 2024.
  • Fully flexible – you create your own work‑hours within the 7 am – 11 pm CST window, Monday through Sunday.
  • Both weekday and weekend shifts are available, allowing you to balance personal commitments with earning potential.

Compensation & Earnings Potential

  • Base pay up to $19 per hour for qualified contractors.
  • Peak‑season rates (January – April) typically range from $16–$19 per hour; non‑peak rates range from $15.60–$17.50 per hour.
  • Performance‑based incentives and bonuses for meeting or exceeding key service metrics.
  • All earnings are paid directly to you; arenaflex does not withhold taxes, giving you full control over your financial planning.

Essential Qualifications
