Why This Role Is a Game‑Changer for Your Career

Our Customer Relationship Advocate (CRA) Career Development Experience is a first‑of‑its‑kind program that supercharges early‑career talent. Whether you’re new to finance or looking to pivot into a dynamic industry, this role offers a clear pathway to mastery, certification, and long‑term success at arenaflex.

Role Overview

As a Customer Relationship Advocate, you will be the trusted voice for arenaflex’s clients, handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, and delivering a seamless experience. You’ll also embark on an intensive licensing journey—preparing for the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 exams—while receiving paid study time, coaching, and group workshops. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will evolve, giving you exposure to increasingly complex financial scenarios and the chance to explore future career paths within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound client calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Provide information on account balances, fund transfers, withdrawals, and trade placements.
  • Identify client needs and direct them to appropriate resources, tools, and educational materials.
  • Assist clients in navigating arenaflex’s digital platforms, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Participate in a structured licensing program, studying for and obtaining the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 certifications within the first 3.5 months.
  • Engage in weekly career‑development sessions, including networking, online classes, and mentorship with seasoned arenaflex professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Document interactions accurately in arenaflex’s CRM system, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and industry expertise to provide value‑added guidance to clients.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills—the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated interest in financial services, even if you lack a formal finance background.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call‑center environments, or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting—both from home and in a modern arenaflex office.
  • Resilience and problem‑solving aptitude, with a track record of overcoming academic or professional challenges.
  • Commitment to completing the licensing program (SIE, Series 7, Series 63) within the designated timeframe.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling financial transactions, such as fund transfers or trade execution.
  • Prior exposure to regulatory compliance or FINRA‑related processes.
  • College coursework or certifications in business, finance, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
