Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls from existing vacation owners, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and timely assistance.
  • Travel Booking Expertise: Reserve airline tickets, rental cars, hotel rooms, cruises, and specialty tours using industry‑standard platforms such as Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan.
  • Personalized Recommendations: Conduct probing conversations to uncover each guest’s interests, then suggest tailored activities, attractions, and upgrades that enhance their vacation experience.
  • Reservation Accuracy: Ensure all bookings are entered correctly, double‑checking details to avoid errors and guarantee a seamless travel itinerary.
  • Cross‑Sell & Upsell: Identify opportunities to add value‑added services—such as travel insurance, premium seating, or exclusive excursions—while maintaining a consultative approach.
  • Documentation & Follow‑Up: Maintain detailed records of each interaction in our CRM system, and follow up with owners to confirm satisfaction and address any post‑booking concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow representatives, supervisors, and the broader arenaflex support network to share best practices and resolve complex issues.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and product updates to stay ahead of industry trends and new arenaflex offerings.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum six months of customer service and sales experience; travel‑industry experience is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate travel reservation systems (Apollo, Sabre, Worldspan) at an intermediate level.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a set schedule (11:00 am – 10:00 pm EST, Monday‑Friday) and occasional holidays; weekends are off.
  • Home Office Requirements: Quiet workspace, high‑speed wired internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload, latency

  • Previous experience in a travel agency, resort, or hospitality setting.
