Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inbound calls and email inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be managing order entry functions and supporting a wide range of customer service activities within our Customer Support Centers (CSC). Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Professionally handle a steady volume of inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Order Entry and Processing: Accurately input customer orders into company systems, ensuring all data is captured correctly, verified thoroughly, and processed in accordance with arenaflex standard operating procedures.
  • Customer Inquiry Response: Respond to customer questions and concerns via email and phone with clarity, conciseness, and professionalism, always aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Procedure Compliance: Follow the policies, procedures, and protocols set forth by arenaflex management and the Customer Support Centers, ensuring consistency and quality in every customer interaction.
  • Quality and Efficiency Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer service operations, sharing constructive feedback with supervisors and team members.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain working relationships with clients, potential clients, and partner companies through phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within the company’s CRM and order management systems.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex services, products, and internal systems to provide competent, confident assistance to every customer.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Adapt to varying work hours and shifts as needed, with flexible working hours and remote opportunities available to support work-life balance.

Essential Qualifications
