We're partnering with a leading entertainment and gaming company to find a talented UA Project Coordinator. There is no application deadline for this role. *UA Project Coordinator Responsibilities:* * Coordinate and manage the flow of creative assets and resources across multiple teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content is uploaded correctly and meets campaign specifications.
- Communicate effectively to clarify requirements and provide direction to vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain quality assurance standards by reviewing and providing feedback on creative assets.
- Organize and deliver final files, backups, and documentation to relevant teams and sites.
*UA Project Coordinator Qualifications:* * At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced professional environment, ideally within entertainment or gaming.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Monday.com, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
