As a Customer Service Government Representative, you will provide telephone assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality. Qualifications: You speak English fluently. Eligibility criteria: Be available during the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. (ATL). Full-time (35 à 40 hours) positions are available. *At home, have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space; Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!
