Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our policyholders, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Intake and triage of client inquiries received via phone, email, and SMS, ensuring each request is logged and prioritized appropriately.
  • Delivering complete, efficient, and courteous resolutions for a wide range of service requests, from policy changes to claims assistance.
  • Expert navigation of arenaflex’s internal CRM and external carrier portal systems (including integrations formerly known as Progressive, Allstate, Travelers, Safeco, etc., now unified under arenaflex’s platform).
  • Identifying and converting cross‑sell opportunities by matching additional coverage options to existing client needs.
  • Proactively monitoring retention signals, following up on renewal opportunities, and preventing policy lapses.
  • Collaborating with product and operations teams to refine proprietary systems, streamline onboarding, and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing key service metrics such as first‑response time, resolution time, CSAT scores, retention rates, and escalation frequencies.
  • Contributing to the creation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures, playbooks, and training materials for the CSR team.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must bring a blend of insurance expertise, customer‑service acumen, and a tech‑savvy mindset. The following qualifications are required:

  • Active P&C insurance license – Demonstrates your ability to sell and service personal lines products.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience servicing auto and home personal lines policies for major carriers.
  • Proven track record of handling high‑volume inbound and outbound calls in a call‑center or remote environment.
  • Demonstrated success in cross‑selling insurance products and driving retention.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex insurance concepts.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience delivering client‑focused solutions and building long‑lasting relationships.
  • Comfortable working with modern technology platforms; prior experience in a tech‑focused company is a plus.
  • Remote work experience or a home office setup that meets professional standards.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a bonus, enabling you to serve our growing Spanish‑speaking customer base.
