As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and execution of our Line Increment and Payment Catch programs, which are key drivers of engagement and loan commitment with existing US consumer lending cardmembers.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving lending strategy and growth by creating and delivering key product analyses and responses to uncover actionable product insights. Your work will directly support portfolio and performance management for the Line and Payment Catch product portfolio. Here's what you can expect in this role:

• Lead Monthly Product Performance Reporting: Take ownership of monthly product performance reporting, requiring synthesis from various data reports and dashboards. You will consolidate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive, accurate, and insightful performance reports that inform strategic decision-making.
• Conduct In-Depth Product Analysis: Lead product analysis initiatives, generating meaningful, data-driven insights using data available in Big Data platforms through SQL/HQL. Your analyses will help drives and frame forward-looking strategies across the Line and Payment Catch portfolio.
• Apply Data Analysis to Business Questions: Use data analysis to identify and address business questions; understand key lending metrics and trends to draw meaningful conclusions across different reports and data sources. You will be responsible for connecting the dots between quantitative data and business strategy.
• Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate intimately with key partners including Marketing, Risk, Digital, Finance, Research, and Analytics to develop strategic cross-functional analysis activities and gain greater visibility into the end-to-end Line Increment and Payment Catch data ecosystem.
• Support Portfolio Management: Support portfolio management efforts by actively participating in the review of end-to-end product performance and identifying new learning opportunities in collaboration with key partner teams.
• Present Findings and Recommendations: Clearly articulate and present portfolio findings and recommendations backed by analysis, gathering essential buy-in and support from leadership and partner groups. You will present complex findings in a clear, compelling manner to various stakeholders.
• Develop Strategic Insights: Develop strategic insights that drive product innovation and portfolio growth. You will use your analytical expertise to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation in the market.
• Monitor Competitive Landscape: Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform product strategy and positioning. Your understanding of the competitive environment will help arenaflex stay ahead of industry developments.
• Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the analysis workflow. You will continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting and analysis processes.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CFA, FRM) are a plus but not required.
• Technical Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL/HQL and data analysis. You should be proficient in querying large datasets and extracting meaningful insights from complex data structures.
• Analytical Experience: Demonstrated experience in strategy or relevant industry experience. Background in financial services, consumer lending, or payment industries is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively and concisely convey strategy to different audiences, both orally and in writing.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative problem solver with proven ability to synthesize and connect various data and financial analyses, customer research, and competitive intelligence to drive business recommendations.
