  • Sales Team Support: Act as the administrative backbone of our sales operations, managing the general sales mailbox, responding to website inquiries, and maintaining a consistently professional customer service attitude across all touchpoints.
  • Order Processing & Returns: Execute order processing and return procedures with precision, adhering to documented protocols to ensure accuracy and compliance while maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the central communication point between customers, sales team members, and the training department, facilitating smooth information flow and coordinated response to pending projects and customer needs.
  • Sales Opportunity Development: Proactively pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and strategic outbound calls, identifying potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs.
  • Account Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research into existing accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest for additional products or services, contributing to arenaflex's growth objectives.

Essential Qualifications: Your Foundation for Success

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field, military veteran status, or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your capability to excel in this role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar CRM platforms, demonstrating the ability to enter data consistently and accurately according to established protocols.
  • Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a sales or sales support role within industries serving government, military, first responders, or CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) sectors.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to diverse audiences including peers, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and project coordination capabilities.
  • Process Orientation: A methodical approach to work with comfort in structured environments where consistency and attention to established procedures are valued.
