Position Overview

We are excited to welcome a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Energy Services team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

As an Energy Services Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver timely and accurate assistance to individuals and families in need.

  • Digital Record Management: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline with precision and accuracy.
  • Communication Monitoring: Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt, ensuring all interactions are properly documented and tracked.
  • Database System Expertise: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and other specialized platforms.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements at all times.
  • Collaborative Support: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services across all program areas.
  • Clerical Duties: Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, and other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
  • Remote Work Commitment: Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as required by the position.
  • Professional Development: Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings to stay current with program requirements and best practices.
  • Confidentiality Assurance: Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role, handling sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

  • Flexibility in Qualifications: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education, demonstrating our commitment to evaluating candidates holistically.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred, enabling better communication with our diverse client population.
