As a Remote Data Entry & Post‑Ops Analytics Manager, you will be at the heart of arenaflex’s Network Operations Control (NOC) hub, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Post‑Ops Analytics process, delivering clear feedback and improvement recommendations to NOC stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, analytical frameworks, and reporting structures that enable rapid, data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data related to IROPS (Irregular Operations) events, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with adjacent NOC groups—such as Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Customer Service—to extract nuanced insights and align analysis outcomes with business priorities.
• Facilitate cross‑team workshops to discuss findings, prioritize remediation steps, and track the impact of implemented solutions.
• Maintain a centralized repository of analytics documentation, ensuring transparency, reproducibility, and easy access for future initiatives.
• Support the Director of Senior Analytics in resource planning, staffing, and aligning network priorities during post‑ops cycles.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IROPS response strategies using predictive modeling, data visualizations, and emerging analytics techniques.
• Perform special projects and ad‑hoc analyses as directed by senior leadership, contributing to broader strategic initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; additional coursework or certifications in data analytics, statistics, or related fields is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in airline operations, disruption management, or a similar high‑tempo environment where data drives operational decisions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
