About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing support that goes beyond transactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Model and deliver a distinctive, exceptional customer experience during every interaction, both in person and through digital channels.
  • Register sales on assigned point-of-sale systems, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
  • Handle monetary transactions with accuracy, including processing cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments.

Operations & Daily Duties

Operational excellence keeps arenaflex running smoothly. As a member of our remote team, your operational responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service across all communication channels.
  • Recommending items for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up or complementary products when appropriate.
  • Processing customer purchases, collecting payments, and distributing change as required; managing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges with precision.
  • Keeping counters, shelves, and digital displays clean, well-merchandised, and accurately stocked.
  • Taking inventory, maintaining accurate records, and checking in or pricing products as directed by supervisors.
  • Implementing arenaflex asset protection strategies to identify and minimize loss of revenue.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the sale of restricted products, including age-verified items.
  • Constructing and maintaining product displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special event setups.
  • Completing resets, revisions, and merchandising updates as directed by management.
  • Assisting with product rotation using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method and restocking out-of-stock items.
  • Maintaining working knowledge of store systems, digital tools, and equipment to support efficient operations.
  • Providing customer support in the photo department, including processing digital passport photos, poster printing, and suggesting promotional photo products.
  • Assisting with online order pickup by monitoring digital queues, fulfilling orders, and ensuring timely customer delivery.
  • Supporting store appearance by maintaining clean, neat, and orderly conditions in both virtual and physical touchpoints.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures while maintaining respectful, collaborative relationships with colleagues.
  • Completing special assignments and additional duties as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a retail, customer service, or call center environment.

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Prior remote work experience with demonstrated success in a virtual team environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a strong plus.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. The current hourly pay range for this position is $14.00 – $20.00 per hour, with the actual offer dependent on factors such as geographic location, relevant skills, experience, education, and other business considerations.
