Role Overview

As an Operations Support Analyst at arenaflex, you will be part of two dynamic teams—Ground Operations and Sales Operations. You will work independently and collaboratively, applying analytical rigor, problem‑solving creativity, and strong communication skills to drive process improvements, support decision‑making, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Primary Areas of Impact

  • Ground Operations Analyst – Focus on incident data, safety metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Sales Operations Analyst – Enable the sales organization with data‑driven insights, CRM support, and dashboard reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Ground Operations Analyst – Core Duties

  • Perform detailed analysis of external incident reports to inform proactive safety and operational decisions.
  • Develop clear, concise documentation that articulates business problems, root‑cause analyses, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and propose targeted improvement initiatives that align with arenaflex’s safety and cost‑efficiency goals.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate raw data into meaningful metrics using SQL, Python, or data‑visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Lead periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of operational performance dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the ground‑operations portfolio.
  • Support the development of training materials and onboarding documentation for new analysts and operational staff.

Sales Operations Analyst – Core Duties

  • Provide analytical support to the sales enablement team, including data extraction, cleansing, and reporting.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data integrity, accurate pipeline tracking, and seamless user experience.
  • Design, build, and distribute regular sales performance dashboards that highlight trends, forecast accuracy, and opportunity health.
