Independent Box Truck Freight Dispatch Experienced
About the position This is a full operations dispatch role for an experienced Independent freight dispatcher Agent. The position involves negotiating rates, booking loads from load boards and customers, following through to delivery, and updating customers or brokers on delivery status. This is a work-from-home position with excellent pay opportunities.

- Box Truck Freight Dispatch Experience is required
- Must be a US citizen and at least 21 years old
- Fluent English
- Have a resume with work history showing experience
- Be able to work at least 20-30 plus hours weekly
- Must be able to start immediately
- Must have good work ethics
- Requires laptop or computer with high speed internet
- A designated quiet place to work at home
- Must be comfortable with 1099 commission pay
- Load board experience is a must
- Experience working in a CRM for tracking Nice-to-haves
