Remote Mental Health Counselor
Role Overview Medchoice Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our compassionate team. This full-time remote position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing quality mental health services and making a positive impact on clients' lives. As a member of our outpatient team, you will work collaboratively to deliver effective counseling and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients via teletherapy.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Stay current with developments in mental health practices and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling role is preferred.
