Role Overview

The Data Entry Specialist position is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s back‑office team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting a wide variety of source documents into structured, digital formats while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Input: Enter text, numeric, and alphanumeric data from paper forms, PDFs, scanned images, and electronic files into arenaflex’s proprietary data‑entry platforms with a target accuracy rate of 99.9%.
  • Quality Assurance & Validation: Conduct routine quality checks, cross‑reference entries against source documents, and resolve discrepancies before data is released to downstream teams.
  • Database Maintenance: Update, cleanse, and enrich existing databases, ensuring that records remain current and compliant with internal data‑governance policies.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Create and maintain detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for data‑entry workflows, and suggest enhancements that streamline operations.

Essential Qualifications
