Position Overview

Job Title: Part‑Time Remote Customer Support Specialist (Home Advisor) Employment Type: Full‑time (remote) – flexible scheduling available Location: United States – work from anywhere within the USA Compensation: $35–$40 per hour (commensurate with experience) plus performance incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address product inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on arenaflex devices (macOS, iOS, watchOS, and related ecosystems) with clear, step‑by‑step guidance.
  • Document each interaction accurately in our CRM platform, ensuring a complete and searchable record of customer history.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including technical support, engineering, and sales—to escalate complex cases and achieve timely resolutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
