Work‑From‑Home System Requirements

  • Personal computer or laptop running Microsoft Windows 10 (or newer) – device must be no older than three years.
  • High‑speed broadband internet (cable, fiber, or DSL). Satellite, dial‑up, or wireless hotspot connections are not acceptable.
  • Headset that meets arenaflex specifications (arenaflex will reimburse up to $75 for an approved model).
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
  • Note: Mac/Apple devices, Chromebooks, Surface tablets, and similar non‑Windows platforms are not supported.
