Architecurtural CAD Technician
• A leading Entertainment company is hiring a contract Architectural CAD Technician to join their corporate space planning team. This Hybrid (3-4 days/week in office) role is based in Los Gatos, in the San Francisco Bay Area. This opportunity suits professionals with strong CAD skills and an interior architecture background.
- Architectural CAD Technician Responsibilities:*
• Create quick and precise test fits and space plans for office environments.
- Ensure plans adhere to building codes, accessibility standards, and safety considerations during conceptual design.
- Use AutoCAD to develop accurate floorplans following industry standards.
- Review and organize CAD drawings to meet company layering standards.
- Architectural CAD Technician Qualifications:*
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 5-10 years of project experience in a Corporate Real Estate setting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), Serraview (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
- Working knowledge of building codes and understanding of office planning standards.
