[Remote] Implementation Consultant, HighQ

They are seeking an Implementation Consultant to architect, design, and build solutions on the HighQ platform, ensuring clients achieve their goals through effective communication and project management.
Responsibilities
- Provide a value-add service to Legal Software customers through training, implementation and best practice consulting
- Work with customers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on how our services and solutions can help them achieve their goals
- Engage with key teams such as Product Management & Customer Success + Support as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions
- Partner with leadership on business-critical initiatives
Skills
- 1-2 years of implementation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate across all client organization levels
- High initiative and team orientation
- Technical affinity for software and data analytics
- Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Consultative and client-focused problem-solving skills

- Legal Software product knowledge
- Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
