Responsibilities:
- Execute trades in accordance with established trading strategies and risk management guidelines.
- Monitor market conditions, analyze data, and identify trading opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop and refine trading strategies.
- Utilize advanced trading tools and technology to execute trades efficiently.
- Monitor and manage trade positions, including risk exposure and portfolio performance.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic news, and industry developments that may impact trading strategies.
- Collaborate with other traders and teams to share insights and optimize trading performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve trading strategies based on market conditions and performance analysis.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to trading activities.
- Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, and performance metrics.
- First loss capital.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of successful trading in one or more financial markets.
- Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.
- Proficient in utilizing trading platforms and tools to execute trades.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make informed trading decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced trading environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and share insights with other traders.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and resilience.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and trading strategies.
