Content Management: • Update and manage website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. • Utilize design tools to enhance visual elements and overall aesthetics. • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across the website. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: • Identify and resolve website issues promptly. • Provide technical support for website-related inquiries. • Collaborate with developers and IT teams to address complex technical challenges. User Training and Documentation: • Conduct training sessions for internal users on website management. • Develop documentation and tutorials for website-related processes. • Assist users in understanding and utilizing website features effectively. Quality Assurance: • Perform regular website audits to identify and address any issues. • Conduct testing to ensure compatibility with various browsers and devices. • Implement best practices for website performance and security.
