Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual • Provide excellent customer service by addressing caller inquiries and resolving issues • Take detailed messages and forward them to the appropriate recipient • Manage virtual correspondence, including emails, instant messages, and virtual chat • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing • Assist with virtual meeting coordination and technical support • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Proven experience as a virtual receptionist or in a similar role • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and prioritize calls • Proficient in using virtual communication tools, such as phone systems, email, and chat platforms • Ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual work environment • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle challenging situations with professionalism • Availability to work during regular business hoursQuick Start Staffing, LLC is hiring a Virtual Receptionist to join our team.
