The Opportunity Are you a proactive, driven IT Project Manager who thrives on keeping complex, fast-paced technical deployments on track? We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to spearhead a critical, high-visibility global mobile and device deployment program. Reporting to the Sr. Engineer and Director of Digital Collaboration Services, you will be the driving force ensuring our global device rollouts hit their timelines, budgets, and scope perfectly. Key Responsibilities

Drive Global Execution: Lead the day-to-day execution of a massive mobile and device deployment program, coordinating technical activities across multiple geographies. Stakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Collaborate closely with Principal Engineers, Architects, and regional/local leads to ensure total technical alignment and seamless delivery. Keep Projects on Track: Plan detailed schedules, manage project conflicts, navigate changing business requirements, and aggressively eliminate roadblocks. Risk & Agile Management: Facilitate time-estimation practices, track dependencies, manage risks, and organize Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban). Clear Communication: Deliver crisp project status reports to stakeholders and management, and lead post-mortems to drive continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within the IT sector, specifically managing global or multi-region deployments. Technical Background: A strong technical foundation in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with MDM/MAM (Intune, Jamf) and DLP solutions is a huge plus. Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Soft Skills: You are proactive, highly organized, and an exceptional communicator (fluent English is mandatory). You know how to confidently drive discussions and gather info from diverse global stakeholders. Logistics & Flexibility: Experience working with logistics teams or mobile device testing environments is preferred. You must be comfortable adapting to global time zones while primarily aligning with EMEA business hours. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
