About the Opportunity We are currently growing our remote travel support team and are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping others and creating positive client experiences. As a Client Experience Travel Specialist, you will assist with travel planning support, booking coordination, and customer communication while helping clients navigate the reservation process with confidence. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking flexible remote work with training provided and opportunities for long-term growth. Previous travel industry experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with coordinating vacations, cruises, hotel stays, resorts, and travel packages Research travel availability, accommodations, pricing, and destination options through approved company systems Review reservation details and itinerary information to help ensure accuracy and organization Provide professional support and travel recommendations based on client preferences, schedules, and budget considerations Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms Help manage booking updates, itinerary revisions, and travel-related service requests Maintain organized client records, confirmations, and travel documentation Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, training workshops, and team meetings
