IT Production Operations Analyst

Position Summary Creates and updates scheduling in IBM Workload Scheduler in the distributed and mainframe environments, per requested specifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards and policies. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities IBM Workload Scheduling for Mainframe and Distributed SystemsBuild permanent scheduling definitions, including: calendars, resources, variables, and events. Mainframe ad hoc scheduling support Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues as second level support. Participate in on-call rotations. Required Qualifications 1.5+ years experience in an IT role (e.g. Operations, Production Support, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support) 1.5+ years IBM Workload Scheduler z/OS scheduling experience 1.5+ years IBM Workload Scheduler Distributed scheduling experience Working knowledge in these technologies:OS: UNIX, Linux, Mainframe, Windows Server Protocols: Telnet, SFTP, TCP/IP MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Problem solving and decision-making skills Careful attention to detail Customer focus

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with IWS, JES, JCL, MVS-TSO, ISPF/XEDIT, CLIST, IBM Utilities Familiarity with SAP application scheduling Working knowledge: Vi and Unix Shell scripting Familiarity with Tools/Apps:Office 365 ServiceNow: change management, work request, and incident Education Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $49.08 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
