You will be responsible for designing curriculum, developing course materials (lectures, assignments, assessments), and potentially delivering instruction to adult learners across various disciplines. This position requires subject matter expertise, pedagogical understanding, and strong multimedia development skills. Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive online course curricula based on industry best practices and adult learning principles. Create engaging course content, including video lectures, presentations, readings, assignments, quizzes, and interactive exercises. Utilize multimedia tools and instructional design software to produce high-quality learning materials. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content. Develop effective assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes. Facilitate online learning environments, respond to student inquiries, and provide constructive feedback. Update and revise existing course content based on student feedback and evolving industry standards. Potentially deliver live online or in-person instruction for specific courses or workshops. Maintain a high standard of educational quality and student engagement. Adhere to platform guidelines and ensure all content is compliant with accessibility standards. Manage course logistics, including enrollment, grading, and communication with students. Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in a relevant academic field, or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and instructional design for online learning environments. Proven experience in creating educational content using various multimedia tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, audio/video editing software). Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly. Experience in teaching or training, particularly in an online setting, is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model. Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is a plus. Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
