Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team to implement online campaigns, optimize content, and improve the companys digital footprint across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• * Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to drive online presence, customer acquisition, and retention.
• * Plan and execute paid search campaigns (PPC) on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• * Manage SEO initiatives to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
• * Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
• * Create and oversee content creation for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital media.
• * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
• * Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging visuals and copy that align with marketing goals.
• * Monitor and manage the companys social media presence and engage with audiences.
• * Optimize landing pages and user journeys to increase conversion rates.
• * Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital marketing platforms.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• * Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• * Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
• * Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• * In-depth knowledge of web analytics and optimization techniques.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• * Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience
• * At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with remote or work-from-home experience.
• * Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid digital campaigns.
• * Demonstrated success in executing campaigns that drive business results, including increasing web traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions.
• Working Hours
• * Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• * Flexible working hours with the ability to manage your own schedule.
