Consumer Engagement Manager
Job Description:
- Create & communicate incentive plans for the sales associates & leaders
- Manage the incentive budget
- Lead huddles to drive excitement & reiterate contests & important topics of focus
- Engage with the employees heavily in chat
- Communicate with the client directly
- Drive revenue for the Client by engaging, coaching and incentivizing sales
- Develop and implement strategies to engage sales agents in promoting health insurance products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents
- Train sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales agents
- Monitor sales agent performance and provide feedback
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales materials
- Serve as a point of contact for sales agents
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- A passion around providing the consumers and agents with an outstanding experience.
- Creativity and drive to create a culture that is motivating and engaging for the site agents as well as remote agents, if applicable.
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications which include the ability to learn new complex computer system applications
- Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask. This includes the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
- Self-driven, ambitious, outgoing personality with high energy
- Proficient with Group Retiree resources and processes
