Job Description:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare institutions, oncologists, and other relevant stakeholders.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Understand our AI-based medical tests, their applications, and the value they bring to healthcare providers and patients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
Work closely with our Marketing team to align sales efforts with product launches and marketing campaigns.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using a CRM system.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.)
Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed
Experience with CRM software is an advantage
5-8 Years of Relevant Sales Experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred)
