AILCN is now accepting applicants for its June consultant cohort, including a live virtual bootcamp held June 30. AILCN is expanding its network of independent consultants working with mid-market organizations on workforce performance, leadership effectiveness, AI readiness, organizational alignment, and operational capability. This is not a traditional training delivery role. It is not a content creation role. It is for commercially minded HR, L&D, OD, training, leadership development, workforce strategy, or business operations professionals who want to build or expand an independent consulting practice using a structured methodology and platform-supported delivery model. AILCN consultants use a 10-KPI workforce methodology covering areas such as turnover, engagement, succession, capability, performance, learning, leadership, culture, compensation, and organizational health. The goal is simple: help organizations diagnose workforce issues, advise leaders, and connect people strategy to measurable business outcomes. Important Date

This opportunity is best suited for professionals with:

  • 5–20 years of experience in HR, L&D, training, consulting, organizational development, leadership development, workforce strategy, or business operations
  • Experience working with managers, executives, or organizational decision-makers
  • A consultative, business-oriented mindset
  • Interest in AI, workforce analytics, and software-enabled consulting
  • Desire to build or grow an independent consulting practice
  • Comfort having business, value, and revenue conversations with clients
  • Bias toward execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes
