Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support.

  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, building strong relationships and trust with our clients.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions and provide feedback to improve our services, ensuring that we deliver the highest quality solutions.
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and customer interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide assistance, ensuring that we respond promptly and effectively to customer concerns.
  • Inform customers about new offers or services, promoting our products and services and driving sales growth.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams, using customer insights to drive improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee route optimization for technicians, ensuring that our teams are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus, but not essential.
  • Understanding of CRM systems, with experience using similar software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple customer queries and tasks simultaneously.
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations, with a calm and professional demeanor.
