Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to students via phone, email, and chat, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting students with the enrollment process, including answering questions about programs, courses, and admission requirements
  • Resolving issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, including notes, emails, and phone calls
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as admissions, marketing, and student services, to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and programs to provide accurate information to students

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, enrollment, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the education sector, particularly in enrollment or student services
