Virtual School Social Worker in IL

A contract opportunity is available for a Social Worker specializing in school-based telehealth services. This role focuses on providing mental health support and counseling to students through virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care within an educational setting. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting telehealth sessions with students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborating with school staff to develop individualized support plans.
• Assessing student needs and connecting families with community resources.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
