Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to clients in German and English, utilizing your excellent language skills and knowledge of banking, legal, or financial services.
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner, utilizing your analytical and research skills.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Utilizing Zendesk and Jira to manage customer interactions and track issues.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive or legal information with discretion and care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written).
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in banking, legal, or financial services.
  • A solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards.
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira.
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information.
