Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Database Analyst to join our remote team and play a critical role in driving the success of our data entry and analytics initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases to support business operations, as well as analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and maintain databases to support business operations, including data entry, data analysis, and reporting

• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making, including identifying trends, patterns, and correlations
• Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, including data backup and recovery procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and database management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in database analysis and management, including experience with SQL and database design
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data mining concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based database platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
• Experience with data security and compliance regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA
• Certification in data analysis or database administration, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Database Administrator (CDA)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
