Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-tier customer service through live chat platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing real-time support via live chat for customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting, offering knowledgeable responses to client queries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through clear and accurate communication.

Qualifications
