Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving travel-related issues, and assisting with booking or cancellations. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve travel-related issues, such as flight cancellations or delays
  • Assist with booking or cancellations

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in the aviation industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of airline policies and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
