Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming customer calls and emails, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries and concerns
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to senior team members when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of call center software and technology
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and federal health insurance, with experience working with similar programs
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Call Center Professional)
